Easter decoration out of my seasonal drawer made by DD about 40
years ago - I must ask her if her DD is painting on empty eggshells
now before Easter, too.
Am Abend mit Beleuchtung.
In the evening with electric illumination.
Zum Grössenvergleich ein Veilchen.
To compare the size I put a violet near.
Im Vorgarten - Osterglocken mit Kaminhut. Mir gefällt die Form
des alten Kaminhutes.
This is in the front garden of our old, old farm house in mid-March.
Daffodils and the chimney hat which fell down last year when
DH cleaned the chimney from inside - strange that it did not break.
I love its shape.
Eine Wildgans auf der Durchreise nach Norden
auf Nachbars Dach - sie "sprach" mit ihren Mitreisenden, die
rechts und links auf den Hausdächern sassen.
A wild goose on her way to the north on neighbour's roof.
She was talking with her fellow travellers sitting on neighbouring
houses. (Are they travelling to the north at all - may be someone
knows).
the eggs are so festive. nice lace eyelets. i just love making eyelets by hand.
ReplyDeleteCute chimney top! How amazing you have kept those little eggs for all those years. They are really special and look good with the light shining on them. Your lace work is coming along beautifully.
ReplyDeleteThe eggs are lovely and that lace is superb. You have patience.
ReplyDeleteYou brave thing, such a tiny embroidery!
ReplyDeleteHappy Easter,
xx
I love how the lace looks, but I'm not sure I have the patience for doing it by hand, but once the wedding piece is finished, I may give it a try. Happy Easter!
