I took out my designers work horse – the studio journal of Sharon’s class which I followed in 2010 where I already thought about stitches which could reinterpret the painting of Vincent van Gogh. It was the task of week one of thats class. I stitched with totally different colors because it is spring .
I used: Barred and alternating barred chain stitch, fly, buttonhole, chevron and running stitch and whipped wheels.
Blogging is not the fun as it should be. We have no internet. And I can't read and answer my e-mail and blog and comment in one hour a day - which we get granted from McDonalds. So please my blogger friends excuse me for not following your blogs. I hope I will be to the normal soon - the nex 4 weeks - I understand that you are astonished that this should be in Germany - I am !!! And very much so! This is the competition between servers - we wanted to change our's and we don't give in.
So see you hopefully soon.

I love your little 'van Gogh' Anneliese, it's simply too cute. So nice to see you manage at least some posts while having this trouble.
ReplyDeleteI hope this internet is soon better for you. I thought we had lots of drama here in 'the bush', but it seems it is in other places.
Happy Easter to you, and your family.
Very nice stitching, as always, Anneliese :)
