Plaited Easter Yeast bun

Happy Easter !
 
No, it is not too black, too long baked!! Wrong exposure to light.
It is just right and will be a lovely breakfast on Easter Sunday.

  2. I made my Eater bread also (actually 3, for us and both children), but forgot to take a picture :-( They too look well baked, but that is the egg wash, it tastes great!
