Yeast bun

My favorite - a yeast bun
in German this type is called Rosenkuchen - rose cake
the stuffed roll is cut into parts and placed into the baking tin, sides up.

  4. I am sure this is even more delicious than the Swedish variety. It is made in the same way and called Butterkaka, which I am sure you can understand the meaning of.
