Chain stitches week 8

Chain stitches - one can really do everything with them
I looked for a photo in my archive and found a sculpture
made of wood. I cut out a section of it for stitching.
You might think that it is not at all that - well, never mind
I stitched with fun.

The wood

and the wood grain.

Not recognizable? Because it is inverted!
It could be called artistic freedom.

  4. I love your chain interpretation of the wood stump. We are not the same this week - similar. Mine is not finished of course. The colours are lovely in yours, Anneliese. Cheers Dianne

  5. Looks very, very good to me Anneliese. How clever of you. I'm still to put needle and thread to fabric for this one. Happy stitching.

  6. Liebe Anneliese,
    Claudia
